Join Our Communication Group: Embrace Connection and Grow Together
Are you looking to improve your communication skills while gaining deeper insight into yourself and your relationships? Our Gestalt-based Communication Group offers a unique space where you can explore how you express yourself, interact with others, and become more aware of the dynamics that shape your conversations.
In this group, we’ll focus on being fully present with one another, practicing open and honest dialogue, and exploring how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors show up in real-time interactions. Guided by the core principles of Gestalt therapy, you’ll learn to:

Be more present
: Engage in the “here and now” of each conversation, focusing on the moment rather than getting caught in past patterns or worries about the future.

Cultivate awareness
: Tune in to your own responses, recognizing how your emotions and body language influence communication.

Take personal responsibility
: Empower yourself to make choices about how you engage with others, fostering more meaningful and authentic connections.

Experiment with new ways of being
: Step outside of old communication patterns and try on new behaviors in a safe, supportive environment.

This group is a great opportunity to practice effective communication, build self-awareness, and strengthen your connections with others. Whether you're seeking to improve your relationships or just curious about personal growth, we welcome you to join us on this journey of self-discovery and meaningful interaction.
